Orbbii connector

Connect your AI.

The Orbbii connector lets your AI assistant read and manage your tasks, projects and adventures. It works with Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and any assistant that supports custom connectors. Ask what's on your plate, capture a to-do, or plan a trip in plain language. It's free, like the rest of Orbbii.

What it does

Your Orbbii, inside the conversation.

Orbbii is a task manager and adventure planner for the Mac. The connector is a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that gives your AI assistant secure access to your own Orbbii account, and nothing else.

Tasks & projects

See what's due today, search your tasks, add new ones with dates, tags and projects, update them, and check them off.

Adventures

Create an adventure, add places and links, and build the day-by-day plan, all without leaving the chat.

Synced everywhere

Changes land in your Orbbii account and sync to the app on your Mac within moments.

Connect

Set it up in your assistant.

You need an account with your AI assistant and an Orbbii account. If you haven't made an Orbbii account yet, open the Mac app and sign in under Settings → Orbbii Cloud.

Other assistants

Any assistant or MCP client that supports remote MCP servers over HTTP with OAuth works the same way: add a custom connector, point it at the connector URL, and sign in with your Orbbii account.

The connector exposes 24 tools. Read tools only look at your data. Write tools create or change it. Tools marked edits can overwrite or remove existing items, so your AI will usually ask before using them.

Privacy

Your data stays yours.

  • It runs on your own AI account. Your conversations happen in your assistant, under your account and its settings. Orbbii doesn't see or store your chats.
  • Orbbii only stores your Orbbii data: the tasks, projects, areas, tags and adventures you create, whether in the app or through your AI.
  • Scoped to you. Every tool works only on the signed-in Orbbii account. The connector can't reach anyone else's data.
  • Secure sign-in. Your assistant connects through OAuth, so it never sees your Orbbii password.

For the full details, read the Orbbii Privacy Policy.

Disconnect

Turn it off anytime.

  1. Remove it in your assistantIn Claude, open Settings → Connectors, find Orbbii, and remove or disconnect it. In Claude Code, run claude mcp remove orbbii. In ChatGPT, Grok or another assistant, remove Orbbii from the same settings section where you added it. Your assistant stops using Orbbii right away.
  2. Revoke access on Orbbii's side too (optional)Email support@orbbii.com from your account's address and we'll revoke every connector sign-in for your account. Deleting your Orbbii account (Settings → Orbbii Cloud → Delete Account) also revokes all access.

Disconnecting doesn't delete anything. Your tasks and adventures stay in Orbbii.
